She graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Horticultural Science from California Polytechnic University in 2003 and has worked in real estate sales, residential and commercial property management, environmental permitting, and landscape design.

She has a passion for collecting unusual plants, playing pickleball, and spending time with her family.
